Pinnacle Marine Services Pvt Ltd an ISO 9001 : 2015 certified, 25 year Old Pan Indian Surveying company with an accreditation that includes various statutory bodies such as Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority ( IRDA ), Govt of India. The company is the vision of a team of Qualified and well experienced persons in the field of Marine Survey, and was established on 1st June 2000, with its registered office at Mumbai having branches at Vishakhapatnam and Kakinada.
The idea was to provide trade with a professional service organisation that specializes in Marine Survey and provide an unbiased service that includes activities like design appraisals, examination, tests, trials and verifications of vessels/ Cargoes with respect to their intricate components or equipment, to detect, assess, rectify and communicate compliance. From the day of inception, the Company is engaged in various types of vessel related, cargo related and Container related surveys being retained by many a customers for years.
We are proud to state that our services had been lauded and appreciated where in we had been the inhouse Surveyors for companies like Murugappa Group, Jaldi Shipping, Concur etc. etc. without a break of even ONE YEAR since inception. The Company was started with 4 Directors and 60 staff members where in the First customer was Gateway Distripark ( GDL ) CFS, a private sector CFS.
As part of our commitment to the staff who are our strength we adhere to the statuary requirements as per local laws. We are registered with all the statuary bodies such as PF Authority, Professional Tax, Labour Commissioner, ESIC Office etc in each respective states. Apart from same and in order cover the un organised sectors company had been covering personnel through INSURANCE policies as required by the clients.
Being a ISO certified Organisation training becomes an important yardstick or continual improvement. Using the Senior and highly trained, dedicated, committed workforce we conduct in house skill improvement and impart knowledge to the Second rung who are the assets of the company. We are proud to state that company had retained many of the low rung employees who with years of hard work and inhouse training are now heading the respective divisions of their choice. We also ensure that personal are well versed with all the relevant survey works. By virtue of having more than 3500 workers on Pan India basis and out of that more than 1200 workmen in JNPT area and having various unions, we have attained the expertise to handle manpower, which have become our core strengths to handle union, local and other political issues.
