Container Survey and Related Services

Survey of Containers while loading on and discharging from Vessel, Preparation of Vessel Bay Plan, Preparation of EIR ( Equipment Interchange Reports ), preparing the Repair Estimation of damaged Containers, Fixing of Bottle Seal, Technical survey of special container equipment i.e. Reefer Container / Tank / ODC ( Over Dimensional Cargoes ) / Open Top etc.

Supervision of cargo during Carting / Stuffing / De-stuffing at various Warehouses, Factories, CFSs, Liasson with Customs / Port officials / CONCOR ( Container Corporation of India, Govt of India undertaking ), PCTO ( Private Container Train Operators ) for processing of documents for Import / Export Containers, Filing of IGM / EGM ( Import / Export General Manifest ) with Customs, handling complete Import and Export documentation work for CFS, Survey of Empty Container Yards, Pre and Post repair Survey, inspection of Reefer Container, PTI of Reefer Containers etc.

Vessel Husbandry

Vessel Husbandry consisting of Inward / Outward Filing, Obtaining VIA / VCN Number from Port, Rotation Number from Customs, Obtaining Port Clearance from Customs, Paying Light Dues, Attending to Port Health Formalities, Vessel Crew members Sign – On / Sign – Off.

Preparation of On-board List, Shut-out List, Transmitting TDR, Clearing Not-in-yard containers with the Port, Updating of Location of Containers in the Terminal Computer systems, are few of the activities, which can be performed.

Key Highlights

Sub Agency Work on Containers

Import BL surrender, issue Invoice, payment collection, collection of Bond, issue Delivery Order. Export BL printing at ICD as per Lines instructions. Vessel /Port /Central planner co-ordination during Vessel stay at Port, Complete husbanding.

Empty Depot Audit

We undertake Empty Depot Audit, carrying out complete inspection / assessment / audit of Pre & Post Survey quality, Repair quality, Material quality, Yard management, EDI verification, Gate movement process etc.

Leasing Company’s On-Hire / Off-Hire Survey

On-Hire & Off-Hire survey of containers as per IICL standard, preparation of Estimation of Repair and Post repair survey.

P & I Club Service

Vessel entry Surveys and Cargo damage / casualty Investigation Surveys for P & I Club.

Pre-shipment Survey of YATCH / Helicopter / Fuselage

We have conducted Pre-shipment surveys of Yatch being loaded on board on container vessel, on cradle which was placed on 9 F/R containers. Helicopter being loaded in complete knock-down condition, which included inspection prior, during and after knock-down process. Aircraft Engines, Cabins, Fuselage being loaded in Break-bulk condition on Container vessel.

RTGC / QC Operators

We provided the manpower to operate and maintain the RTGC at GTI Port, Nhava Sheva through Kalmar India for over 3 years.

Loss Assessment of Agri Products / Fish / Meat

Conducting and carrying loss assessment of Agri Products / Fish / Meat being imported / exported in Reefer container at factory site as well at cold storage. This is being done for underwriters and MNC Surveyors.

EDP / REPORTING

We have our own Web based Online Software ( Front end – C-Sharp / Back end – SQL ), having our own Server installed at our Belapur office. The entire reporting on Pan India basis is handled seamlessly on this platform with automated reporting time line.
